Passion Bake is a custom bakery founded in April 2020 by Certified Pastry Artist and Chocolatier Ayesha Akhtar where everything you see on the screen is single handedly managed and handcrafted from scratch. 

Ayesha has been an avid baker and a passionate culinary creator for over a decade. When she decided to open up her own business. She went back to school to obtain formal and professional education of becoming a Pastry Artist and Chocolatier. She also travelled to Italy and France to enhance her expertise in Pastry Arts and Chocolate. Ayesha holds a Masters Degree in Advanced Chocolate & Confectionary. She is committed to  learning and teaching advanced baking as she strives to take her skills to the next level.

Passion Bake is Ayesha’s bespoke affair. This unique name comes from Ayesha’s undeniable dedication to pouring her heart and soul into each and every one of her creations. Baking and food art are simply what she was born to do.

Passion Bake is all about consistently coming up with new ideas. It  is a custom bakery where she use my years of experience and creativity in curating handcrafted edible pieces of art from sweet to savoury.


Passion Bake specializes in creating edible works of art where we create your imagination from sweet to savoury. Apart from hors d’ouevres Our most popular sweet creations are Entremets, Handcrafted Chocolates, and Macarons.

Passion Bake is also known for creating beautiful presentation and packaging of its products. We ensure that each and every one of our creations is wrapped with ribbons, flowers and pearls to perfection.
